• AAS degree in General Electronics Technology
• 3-time graduate of Wright State University
• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science & Environmental Science
• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 28 years working in the defense industry; retired in July 2010 from Northrop Grumman Corporation as an engineering and mission assurance manager
• Served on the Beavercreek City Council from Feb 2009 - Dec 2017
• Served as City Councilman, Vice Mayor, and Mayor
• Currently, President of the Miami Valley Military Affairs Association (promoting community-military partnerships)
• Outside activities include volunteering, genealogy research, exercising, (and spending time with my 3 grandchildren)
• And, can’t leave out my wife who puts up with me – Connie O'Brien
